Please read the Introduction to Spiritual Alchemy, if you have not already done so, before starting these lessons. The technique to be used in the following lesson is fully described there. This technique is divided into two parts: 1) affirmation, and 2) visualization. It's important to understand these techniques before proceeding further.
The first affirmation and visualization for Spiritual Alchemy 101 is "I am a Child of the Divine."
This is the truth. All of us, each and every one of us, is a child
of the Divine. There is nothing in the creation that is not a child
of the Divine. Everything we can see, hear, touch, taste or smell is
a part of the Divine. Everything we can imagine, remember or
conceive is a part of the Divine. The Divine is Everything. The Divine is everywhere and we are all a child of then Divine. You are a Child of the Divine
The first affirmation and visualization is "I am a Child of the
Divine." Repeat this affirmation over and over until you feel it "take root" in
you and then visualize what this means to you. The total time to spend doing this affirmation and visualization is entirely up to you. We recommend about 15-20 minutes per session and one to three sessions per day. You decide what will work best for you.
Do this daily for one week and then proceed to Spiritual Alchemy 101 - Part Two.
